One discipline, every asset class.
The record, the rubric, and the memo work the same way everywhere — what changes is the language. Advisare reads the documents your asset class runs on and scores deals in the terms your committee already uses.
The discipline
One architecture, instantiated for each asset class. Every opportunity moves through the same four steps, structured in the vocabulary of the asset in front of it — which is how a firm adopts AI in a controlled, governed, and transparent way rather than one chat at a time.
The record
Every document read page by page into one permanent, source-linked deal record.
The rubric
Your criteria run as versioned code — weights and knockout gates explicit, never vibes.
The memo
IC materials in your house style, every figure traceable to its page or cell.
The trail
Every action — human or AI — timestamped and labeled on an auditable timeline.
By asset class
Same rubric, three languages
One scoring engine, one discipline — the criteria speak your committee's language. Weights, gates, and math stay explicit and versioned in every asset class.

What documents does Advisare need to get started?
A data room is enough. Advisare reads whatever your asset class runs on — CIMs, QoE reports, rent rolls, credit agreements, fund decks — in any file type, and grounded web research fills the gaps with sources attached. Two or three past memos let it render outputs in your house style.
Does it replace our analysts?
No. It does the extraction, reconciliation, and first-draft work that consumes most analyst hours, and leaves the judgment to your team. Every figure stays traceable to its source, so the analyst’s job becomes verifying and deciding rather than re-typing.
How long until a first memo?
Days, not weeks. The knowledge base for a live deal is built during the first meeting; a first memo in your own template follows once Advisare has two or three of your past memos to match.
Where does our data live?
In the United States, in a tenant isolated per firm, encrypted in transit and at rest. Your documents are never used to train models, and your organization’s records are deleted on request when you leave. The security page has the details. Read the security page.
Bring a live deal.
Whatever your asset class, a data room is enough. We'll build its knowledge base during the meeting.
